Velveteen Escapee S.

Good bye to our beloved hamster, Velveteen. She was happiest when not caged, which she often wasn't. This would fill me with worry. I just did not want her to die on one of her adventures. On one of her longer times on her own in the basement she dug us a nice whole in the dirt- who knew a little black bear hamster could do that. She will be remembered for her cleverness at escaping, her soft fur, and the way she would fill her cheeks.
