I have been trying to find an exercise routine I could live with for quite sometime. I used the elliptical trainer for a while and quit, can't remember if it was the dark basement I did not enjoy or how boring it is to go nowhere. So, I tried running and loved it, well I loved how I felt when I was finished, disliked a good portion of being out often contemplating falling down and crying. I practice solo yoga but have had a hard time making a habit out of it. I love yoga and will find a good studio when the time is right. I needed something I enjoy that won't break my budget so I started jumping with the kids and love it! I am very grateful for our friends for giving us the trampoline it is so much fun and a great workout. I find that if I am in a funk a quick jump changes my mood. I can't help but laugh while jumping. It will be much easier to stick with this routine because it makes me feel great and is really fun, not at all like work. :-)
